
Vendors & exhibitors
We are pleased to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the Puerto Rico Horrific Expo, the most anticipated horror and alternative culture festival in the Caribbean.
The event will take place on October 11 and 12, 2025, at the Ismael “Chavalillo” Delgado Multi-Purpose Coliseum in Aguada, Puerto Rico.
We want this event to be a family-friendly experience. As such, we have prepared a series of terms and conditions that must be observed and followed by everyone involved, including but not limited to: artists, guests, exhibitors, vendors, production crew, and staff.
Payment & reservation

Payment will be split into two parts: 50% is due at the time of space reservation, and the remaining 50% is due no later than the first day of the event.

Spaces will be assigned in the order payments are received. If you have a preferred space, please confirm its availability before submitting your payment.

The floor plan will be updated and published in our website’s “Exhibitors” section: prhorrific.com.

If the exhibitor cancels their participation three weeks or less before the event, a penalty equal to the initial deposit (50%) will apply. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing any additional display materials unless otherwise specified.
Setup and Breakdown

The organizers will announce the setup schedule closer to the event date.

Breakdown will occur on Sunday, October 12, after 6:00 p.m. (not before).

All exhibitors must be fully set up before the doors open to the public each day.
What’s Included in the Space
-
Each exhibitor will receive two exhibitor passes.

One table and two chairs (if needed, can be rented for an additional fee).

You may request up to one (1) additional exhibitor pass if necessary, for $20.00.

Lost, misplaced, or forgotten exhibitor passes will have a replacement fee of $20.00 per pass.
Permitted Products and Content

Although not mandatory, we recommend offering items and merchandise related to the horror genre.

Illustrators and Writers in the “Poe’s Catacombs” area are allowed to sell various merchandise, but must include horror-related items. (Please remember, this is not a comic convention.)

The sale of real weapons, illegal materials, or objects prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.

Adult content must be sealed and sold only to individuals over 18 with a valid ID.

The sale or distribution of any merchandise that constitutes a crime under the laws of Puerto Rico or the United States is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
Liability

Puerto Rico Horrific Expo and the Coliseum are not responsible for any losses, theft, product or material damage, or personal injuries.

Each exhibitor is responsible for their own insurance and security measures.

Each exhibitor must comply with the Hacienda Department of Puerto Rico’s tax regulations and display their valid merchant certificate in a visible location at their booth.
Electricity and Technical Access

Access to electrical outlets is limited and must be requested in advance, at an additional fee.

High-consumption electrical equipment (large screens, special lighting, etc.) requires prior approval.
Behavior at the Event

Exhibitors must maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor toward attendees, organizers, and fellow exhibitors.

Excessively loud music, lighting that interferes with other booths, and activities that block hallways or entrances are not allowed.

If any situation involves an aggressive customer or attendee, please notify event security immediately so the person(s) can be removed.
Additional Conditions

Spaces must be kept clean, and each exhibitor is responsible for collecting their trash at the end of the event.

Booth spaces may not be transferred or subleased without prior authorization from the organizers.

In case of disputes, the organizers’ decisions will be final.

When completing your reservation, you agree to all the terms and rules stated above.
